1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the UmrahPlans.pk website and any Umrah travel arrangements booked through us — including customized Umrah packages, flight and hotel bookings, ground transport between Makkah and Madinah, visa assistance, dedicated tour guidance, and 24/7 support during your trip. By submitting an inquiry, confirming a booking, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Inquiries & Bookings
Submitting the Journey Planner form or messaging us on WhatsApp is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once our team has verified availability, you have agreed to the final package details and price, and any required advance payment has been received.
3. Pricing
Package prices are not fixed on this website because flight fares, hotel rates, and visa processing costs change daily based on availability and season. The price quoted to you by our team at the time of booking is the price that applies to your confirmed reservation, and will be communicated clearly before any payment is requested.
4. Payments
Accepted payment methods, deposit amounts, and payment schedules will be communicated directly by our team based on your specific package. Full payment terms will be confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before your booking is finalized.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the airline, hotel, and visa provider policies in effect at the time of booking, as many components (flights, visas) are non-refundable or partially refundable once processed. Specific cancellation terms for your booking will be shared in writing before you confirm payment.
6. Travel Documents & Visa
You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date and that all information you provide (names, CNIC, contact details) is accurate. We assist with visa processing, but final visa approval rests with the relevant Saudi authorities and is not guaranteed by us.
Delays or denials caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late documentation provided by the traveller are not the responsibility of UmrahPlans.pk.
7. Changes to Itinerary
Flight schedules, hotel allocations, and transport arrangements are subject to change by airlines, hotels, and Saudi authorities beyond our control. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as we are made aware of them and assist with reasonable alternatives.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, airline strikes, or public health emergencies.
9. Limitation of Liability
UmrahPlans.pk acts as a coordinator between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, ground transport, visa authorities). While we vet our partners carefully, we are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these independent third parties.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
